Thank you for choosing our executive coaching services. To ensure a clear understanding of our commitment and terms, please review the following No Refund Policy: 1. Non-Refundable Payment: All payments for booked executive coaching sessions are final and non-refundable. Once a session is confirmed, we reserve the time exclusively for you and cannot accommodate other clients during that period. 2. Rescheduling Policy: • If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. You may reschedule the session to a mutually agreed-upon time without incurring additional fees. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session. 3. Missed Sessions: Sessions missed without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution at our discretion. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your professional growth. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. You agree that any dispute will be handled by arbitration only.
